Welcome to **Lazy Daze Cozy Cabin**, where your Smoky Mountain vacation can start without wondering if your car is actually supposed to climb THAT road.

This cozy 1-bedroom cabin is one of our easiest properties to access and sits just 5 miles from both **Bryson City and Cherokee**, making it a great home base for exploring Western North Carolina.

Inside, you'll find a queen bedroom, full bathroom, comfortable living room with an ambiance fireplace, Smart TVs, WiFi and a fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs, the loft has a queen mattress and makes a fun additional sleeping space, especially for kids.

Outside, slow down in the rocking chairs, enjoy the large yard or end the evening around the fire pit. Bring the dog, bring the marshmallows and settle into mountain time.

**Please note: Lazy Daze does NOT have a hot tub.**

One of the best things about Lazy Daze is the location.

You're approximately **5 miles from Bryson City and 5 miles from Cherokee**, putting restaurants, shopping and some of the area's most popular attractions within an easy drive.

Explore the **Great Smoky Mountains National Park, Harrah's Cherokee Casino, Great Smoky Mountains Railroad, Deep Creek waterfalls and tubing, Oconaluftee River, Blue Ridge Parkway** and plenty of hiking, fishing, rafting and outdoor adventures.

And when the day's adventures are over, you don't have to tackle a steep mountain road to get home.

Getting Here

**If mountain roads make you nervous, Lazy Daze may be the cabin for you.**

Unlike many Smoky Mountain rentals, getting here does not require climbing a steep, narrow mountain road.

A personal vehicle is recommended for exploring the area. Additional parking for a boat, motorcycle or trailer may be available, but **please contact us before arrival for parking instructions.**

Guest Access

Guests have access to the entire cabin, covered porch, yard, fire pit and designated parking areas.

Self check-in makes arrival simple, and detailed check-in information will be provided before your stay once all pre-arrival requirements have been completed.

Interaction

We're local owners and believe you should be able to reach a real person when you need something.

We'll give you space to enjoy your vacation, but we're just a message away if you have a question or need help during your stay.

Our goal is simple: give you a clean, comfortable place to **Unwind, Recharge, Repeat.**

Important Things to Know

**RENTER AGREEMENT:**
A completed and signed Renter Agreement is required before check-in. Check-in instructions will not be released until the agreement has been completed.

**$150 SECURITY DEPOSIT HOLD:**
A $150 security deposit hold is placed on the guest's credit card approximately 3 days before arrival. You will receive a secure external link through the booking platform to set this up.

**This is a HOLD, not a charge**, similar to the incidental hold placed on a credit card when checking into a hotel. The card would only be charged if there is damage, smoking inside the home or another chargeable violation.

**DOG FRIENDLY:**
Dogs are welcome with a **$45 non-refundable pet fee per dog**. Dogs must be included on the reservation. If your dog will be left alone in the cabin, please bring a kennel.

**Dogs only.**

**SMOKE-FREE INTERIOR:**
Smoking, vaping and marijuana use are not permitted inside the cabin. Outdoor ashtrays are provided. Additional cleaning or odor-removal charges may apply if smoking occurs inside.

**WHAT WE PROVIDE:**
Linens, bath towels, hand soap, dish soap, starter paper products, starter laundry supplies and basic kitchen necessities are provided.

We do **not** provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bar soap or other personal toiletries.

**TRAVELING WITH LITTLE ONES?**
A **Pack ’n Play and high chair are available upon request.** Please request these before arrival so we can have them ready for your stay.

**NO HOT TUB:**
Lazy Daze does not have a hot tub.

**CHRISTMAS:**
The cabin is typically decorated for Christmas beginning in mid-to-late November.

House Rules

• Check-out is 11:00 AM
• No smoking or vaping inside
• No parties or events
• Dogs must be included on the reservation and applicable pet fees paid
• Please be respectful of the cabin and surrounding property
• Report accidental damage promptly
• Renter Agreement and security deposit hold must be completed before check-in instructions are released

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
